Registration. First operation required to start accessing the CPOs operations

Any external user (SENDER) with interest on using this CPO's capabilities, with a pre-provided Token A, should use this endpoint to get registered (Authorised) into the system, and also to allow the CPO (RECEIVER) to allow the endpoints of this register SENDER party
